I agree to abide and be bound by the Constitution of RCMA, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by RCMA.

I agree and allow the personal information given to be used by RCMA for marketing purposes. (E.g., uploading and listing of personal information to RCMA social media platforms.)

In the event of wrongful act, withdrawal of membership, or resignation from Ordinary Member company, I will be automatically removed and delisted from RCMA’s database and its relevant platform.

PAYMENT

Payment for the course MUST be made before the course commencement date. Fees include all course materials, graduation certificate and LMS account.

REFUND

No refund is allowed for participants upon registration. Participants may request for transfer of their course slot of the same dates to another participant, subject to an admin fee and special discretion of RCMA Academy. Participants may call and email RCMA Academy for this request.

CANCELLATION

RCMA Academy reserves the right to amend the details in the course brochure, revise the course fee without prior notice, to cancel, postpone or change the venue of the course and choose any learning management system in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

POSTPONE

RCMA Academy reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel course dates should minimum number of participants not be met or for any other reasons. Notice will be given to participant and refund will processed within 90 days.

MISCELLANEOUS

RCMA Academy may terminate your access to this website and/or your use of the online services at any time without notice and without assigning any reason thereto.

All information, materials, services, intellectual property and other property and rights provided by RCMA Academy during the course are provided on an “as is” basis. Any copy made of the “Materials” physically, digitally or otherwise is not allowed unless express permission is given by RCMA Academy for stated specific purposes only.

The materials supplied to the company and individual applicant for the course (“Materials”) are for their personal reference only and the company and individual applicant are not supposed to otherwise use the Materials.

The company and individual applicant shall defend and indemnify RCMA Academy and its officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) imposed upon RCMA and RCMA Academy in connection with any claim arising out of the company and individual applicant’s use of the Materials.
